Join Danica as she both instructs and breaks down the exercises from her KinesioFlow community class! This is a GREAT session for students to gain exposure to what it means to work as a Kin with clients, and the logic and decision making the goes behind technique choice, featuring progressions from self-myofascial release, to mobility and stability remedial exercise.
